Our Mission
Our mission is to help seniors live independently and with dignity in the comfort of their own homes by enabling them to lead active and enriched lifestyles, connecting them to their communities and cultivating meaningful relationships.
Our Journey
After being in the corporate world for over 16 years Arunanshu saw colleagues suffer mentally due to not being close to their parents.A strong feeling to start an elder care business started taking shape.
Growing up in the 1980s, Arunanshu saw strong family values and yearned to get into this business and help alleviate the social malaise among Kolkata’s elderly population.

Many seniors wanted a companion to accompany them to Kolkata’s newest mall, Pension Office, to accompany them to Medical appointments or just to listen to them. AVTAARANA, which means “God sent” in Sanskrit ,is here to give children peace of mind that someone is there for their parents in Kolkata. Avtaarana has been in Service since 2014 in Kolkata.
